Anyone happen to know anything new on the West Coast Cruises? I am still wondering about the theme night, or if they will even have one.

I called them last week requesting to know when the special nights were and they still didn't know. I'll be booking my Palo ressies soon so I'll see what i can find out. :flower:

I want to know too. I wish they would tell us. I can't wait. Diznefan76 are you going on the 1st one out?? :Pinkbounc

I hope you find something out when you book Palo's! Thanks!

I am on the 2nd West Coast Cruise leaving June 4th and hoping someone can get some information soon. I like to plan and without basic info, I can't plan. I have tried calling DCL, but each time receive the same responce ~ Basically they don't know yet. Every question I asked received very basic text book response. If anyone else has had better luck then I have, please post.

Minniemoms.....I'm actually on the second west coast cruise.

Hi, Can you reserve Palo's before the cruise? I thought we had to make a mad dash and try to get there early enough. I missed it last cruise and was very disappointed.

Thanks!

You can book ahead of time if you have the REAS package.

Thank you for the quick reply. I don't mean to sound ignorant but what is REAS?

Thanks

Romatic Escape at Sea...you can add this package to your cruise reservation.

Well, hopefully you guys hear something soon...we leave on the first repo cruise May 14th, and we are still getting the we don't know anything for sure yet answer..ugh.

You can now do that before you board the ship?

I hear ya, I like to plan too and this waiting is killing me. I think DCL knows, they're just not ready to share it yet. I've gotten different answers each time; depends on the CM. Most give the text book response like you said and I had one who was very forth coming. He gave me a lot of information and told me they would have the schedule done by the following week. Of course, the CM I spoke to that following week acted like she didn't know what I was talking about it. Wish I could get the CM I spoke to originally back on the phone!!!

Hi,
I am going on the first one, May 28th and am dying for more information on when is Formal Night, are they exchanging Pirate Night with a new 50th Celebration (as is rumored), etc.!! I want to plan my Palo night but need to know when things are to know when to book it!! Hopefully we will hear something soon.

How can they NOT know????? Would they really leave it all up to the last minute? I would think that they either are not doing much different than the 7 night cruises out of Florida and they just want us to think they are doing something special, or they ARE doing something really cool and won't reveal it until May 5th or something. :3dglasses I hope it is the latter, but tend to think it is the former.

Suesings-- I am going on the first one too. I am so excited but I want to know what the nights are now too. I don't want to wait till the last minute. In a way I would like to be on one a little later so that I would hear on this board all of the does and don't but oh well, Just let me know NOW

promise the rest of us to post a report on your cruise when you
return, please. We don't sail until July 30 but it is driving us nuts
not knowing anything. Please note also the menus and any
change in food in the dining rooms or on deck. #1 important
thing for me = food! :cool1:
Also, if you take any excursions, would you also give us your
opinion on those too.
Thanks - Lucy

Right now, I think all the excursions I will be doing is shopping, Unfortunately, can't afford to do them. It is enough to just bring all my kids along. DH and I are bringing along 4 of our 6 children and we are also bring my 80 year old parents, My dad with Parkinsons Disease is afraid he will be kidnapped in Mexico, he is afraid of drinking the water on the ship, and he thinks, and hopes Tsunami doesn't come :flower: But still I can't wait to go. We also have 2 in college and 1 is on the WDW college program, so.... Not a lot left over for excursions. I want to go on them, but I can't leave my parents for that long. My dad would worry I WAS kidnapped. But they have never cruised before and neither have my children, so I think we will just go for the shopping. 18 & 20 DD and I plan to do a lot of that. While DH stays back and entertains my folks. He is a great guy to allow me to bring them along. But we are so looking forward to going, and I will let you all know......
