Any new restaurants in the works???

We were down at the World in Sept. T-Rex hadn't opened yet, other than that are there any new restaurants possibly opening soon????

I know that there is a dinosaur restaurant going up in DTD! Looks neat. Well on its way when we were there in Sept.!

As of September, the Wave had already opened, but it is also new. ( We really liked it for breakfast, and it was very quiet at 10:30am) There is also a completely new QS at the Contemporary.

The Frontierland fry cart has been remodeled and expanded. Pecos Bill's will also be remodeled until Feb 20.

I think there will be new dining in both the new AKL DVC (opens May 1) and the new Contemporary DVC (no specific date, but a general one of 'fall 2009'). I think I heard that each will have a new QS and a new TS.

One of the DTD places has also been remodeled...I think it was Portobello Yacht Club. It has a new menu.

Overall, the new dining search on the WDW webpage is much more colorful than it used to be.

In addition to what mickeyluv'r posted, the Salty Rim Dockside Cafe is scheduled to open this spring at DTD. It will specialize in Mexican and South American cuisine, have an international wine bar, a tequila bar with more than 50 kinds of tequila and 10 signature frozen margaritas, and will feature nightly live entertainment.
