Any new news on the land purchase?

I have been trying to follow along with the possibility of Universal expanding. Few months back the rumor of them making a large land purchase was all over the place and now nothing? Did the deal go through? And looking at what was originally being rumored with multiple parcels how will they best use this property and if an addition gate is created will they link it back for all the parks to be coennected some way with a new train or other people mover rope transportation?

Universal owns all that land now (again). It'll be a while before they announce anything, since I'm not sure they are done acquiring land.
