Do disney gift cards count for points? I can't find where it says!

Disney is not a merchant that you are able to earn points for on mypoints.com. If you click on the SHOP tab, then all merchants, it will list every merchant that will give you points when shopping. Usually when you click on the merchant, it will pop up and tell you if they will give points when purchasing a gift card.

And, on alot of the merchants, buying Gift Cards does not count towards mypoints!!!

Yes it is, it's listed under disneyshopping. I don't know if you get points for gift cards or not but it's worth a shot to try, the worst that happens is you don't get the points.

Most stores don't give points for gift cards though.

As PP said, it's worth a shot. I've purchased gift cards through a few My Points merchants over the years where it said they did not qualify for points but my account was credited for the transaction. I'm getting my grand daughter a Disney GC for her birthday and will order it through My Points.

You can' t redeem for Disney GC. However, you can redeem your points through my points for Rainforest Cafe and T Rex gift cards. Look under Landry Restaurants.

That might be fun while you are down there... especially if you save it for a non-park day.

you can redeem for visa check cards and turn around and get disney gift cards with those.
