We are having our welcome party at Tamu Tamu in AK and I don't know what to do for the menu. Zebra Domes are a must for one of the dessert selections, but as for the main meal, I have no idea. I don't care for Arfican food so I don't want that. Any ideas?
We were originally going to do a BBQ themed welcome party at Summer House, but switched it to AK. I don't know that a BBQ would be a good for for an AK event.

Alternatively, you could take a cue from Yak & Yeti and do Asian-influenced dishes. And you could probably even do Mediterranean food and still have it feel authentic, if that's important to you. Or how about a little of each of these? A kind of culinary tour of the lands represented in Animal Kingdom, so to speakmight be fun!
