Any luck getting a Red Card lately?:(

Good morning!
I was in Philly recently and applied for a Target Red Card at the store. The manager said that it wouldn't be a problem living in Canada and the machine even let me put in a postal code etc.

But it got denied due to my location

Has anyone had any luck? Any tips and tricks?

Sorry to hear of your experience. I was thinking of applying for the US card in the next month of so - will report back and let you know what happens. Last month the very help CSRs manually keyed in 5% store coupon for me when I showed them my old Canadian redcard but I know that was just my luck of the draw.

Hoping that now that Target.com ships to Canada we'll be able to get a red card!!
