I have closed and received an email about my add on. The membership is showing in my account and I called Saturday to see if member services could expedite the transfer of points. I have a stay coming up on May 2nd and because I could only borrow half my points, half the stay is cash. I really was hoping to use my new points for this reservation and there is showing availability. However, the CM I talked to said no, and further said there is not estimate of the time it will take for them to post. My email said seven to ten business days!! Does anyone think it worth calling back on a weekday and seeing if this can be done? I have read other people have had luck getting their points transferred early. It was a two hour wait on Saturday and I hate to do it again if there is no chance of success. Also called the regular 800 member number. Maybe there is another place to call?
