Any locals with weather updates?

Just hate looking at the forecasts and seeing it gradually looking worse. So wonder if there are any locals on here or if anyone is there now who know what its really like or to be like
We have only ever been in winter months and never had rain, was looking forward to some sunshine
We arrive on wednesday.

Thanks for that it looks a bit more more promising, overcast with scattered showers. Im imagining rain all day everyday

I'm also starting to obsess about the weather - 8 sleeps for us lol. However I am kind of hoping for rain for the first day of our trip rather oddly. We arrive on the 20th which is the last day BTM is open before its refurb but is also a bank holiday Hoefully if it rains quite a bit it will keep people away so that we can get as many goes as humanly possible on our favourite ride before it closes!

We're here at the moment, arrived Saturday and went to the parks yesterday and today.

Yesterday was cloudy with some sunny spells, cool when cloudy but pleasantly warm in the sun. Today was very grey but not overly cold, wrapped up reasonably well and had the very occasional light drizzle, not enough really to warrant putting your hood up.

hopefully the weather will get better and better!
Anyone experienced it around the middle (19th) june before?
Trying to work out weather to take shorts and suncream or trousers and jumpers haha

Im here now, it's overcast but warm. A little bit windy at times. Been here since lunchtime yesterday and not been any rain so far. Fingers crossed it stays that way.
