What are the roads to AVOID when driving around the Disney/Orlando area, for congestion, etc.?

I'm looking at a couple different locations for our stay and I plan to check the mapquest directions against this list to make sure I don't choose one in the busiest/high traffic area if I have another option.

I-4 and International Drive.

Use Universal Blvd instead of International Drive.

I-4 is ok certain times of the day.
Palm Parkway / Turkey Lake Road is a good back road replacement for I-4


Irlo Bronson can be congested around the Disney park entrances at times.

I'm making a list! Now I'll be able to check it against the roads we'll be using to get around.

If anyone has suggestions for inexpensive places to eat near Epcot, DHS or the water parks, I'll gladly accept them. (Tell me where a Starbucks is and my husband will bow, scrape and grovel at your feet. This is his favorite vacation treat.)

Steak & Shake is not too far from Downtown Disney & a great, inexpensive place to eat. We also like Logan's on 192 near Gaylord Palms: good food, pretty reasonable.

While I'm not a huge fan, my kids LOVE Steak and Shake, so that's good to know.
Funny you should mention Logans. I think that's the steak place we stopped at on our one and only trip outside the Disney bubble in 2010. ha ha. We went shopping and I think that's where we ate on the way back. Thanks for the reminder.
