My nephew had his 5th real birthday today :-D

I missed it by a couple of hours. I was born on February 28th in a leap year. My mom shared a room with the lady who had the leap year baby at the hospital in our little town. She got a bunch of gifts. Mom just got me! lol.

Article in our local paper of the oldest and youngest resident of a nursing home. She is 100 today but only celebrating her 25th birthday. She said in the article her mother only let her celebrate on leap years so she celebrates everyday.

My friend's daughter is having her "1st" birthday. She is too young to get it, but when she is 8, I'm sure she will enjoy it.

My nephew and his wife had their 2nd daughter TODAY!!! She's a LEAP DAY BABY!!
