Any last minute things I can do if I get engaged?

I'm sure that's a confusing question. :teeth: What I mean is that I'm about 99% sure my DBF is going to propose to me when we go to WDW (he's an extremely obvious person but thinks that he isn't). Is there anything special I can do the day of or during the trip at the last minute as I didn't want to plan for something like the engagement photo session and it doesn't end up happening. I would be happy either way (if he proposes or not during the trip) I just think it would be neat to be prepared with something special if it does happen. Thanks for any advice!! :thumbsup2

My suggestion would be to have your video camera with you. DH had planned in advance and gave the camera to a CM right before he proposed so we could have it all on video. It was SO special to be able to show people who weren't there and have it for all time. :) I hope he proposes!!! It's so special to get engaged in Disney!!!

I agree with the video camera...I'm actually in disney right now and DFi (wow that's crazy) just proposed to me on tuesday right in front of the castle...it was magical and he had the video camera there so that we could share that moment forever over and over again...maybe you could plan a couples massage for later in your trip this way if he does ask it'll relieve some stress from both of you and if he doesn't ask then its still something really nice to enjoy together...I know that after he asked me it was crazy from that point on with calling our families and just being in shock so a massage would have been some time to help calm down a little and enjoy being engaged!!!

We got engaged at Disney in sept 05. We had a very romantic dinner at Narcoosees @ the GF around 8:00 pm. At 9:00 pm we went outside on the deck and watched the fireworks over the MK. They pipe in the music from the fireworks so it was almost a private showing (there was about 10 other people there). Afterwords we walked down the beach to the wedding pavilion.

Make sure your nails look nice! You'll be taking pictures of the ring and you'll want to have a pretty manicure :thumbsup2
Good Luck!!

Just have fun and enjoy the moment. This will be a moment of your lives that you will remember and cherish forever. Make sure you have your pictures taken, ask a CM to take one. They love that sort of thing. Great tip about the nails.....I went and got my nails done 1/2 hour after I got engaged. Had my DH drive me in 2 1/2 feet of ice and snow. Good Luck!!!!

Thanks for all of the responses!! :thumbsup2 I always think about my nails because I never know if he'll get the wild hair to do it before and I don't want to take pictures and show people my ring with nasty nails.

I'm definitely going to bring my camcorder. But I know my luck and I'll probably accidentally leave it in my room and that'll be the night he does it. But I would love to have it to watch forever!

The massage is a great idea! How romantic! And my parents will be going with us (separate rooms of course :teeth: ) so it would be nice for alone time.

And I'll definitely have to think of somewhere romantic we could go just the two of us the day or night he does it.

AJK1971-If I took my boyfriend down by the wedding pavilion after he proposed to me I'd be beaming and pointing "See? That's where we're getting married!" and he would start to think "What have I gotten myself into....?" :teeth: But that does sound sooooo romantic!

DisneyGirl83- CONGRATULATIONS!! How amazing. I'm sure you are just so excited!!
