I know that a lot of the DCL employees are from different countries other than the US. My question is, have anybody ever had trouble understanding their waiter, waitress, server, etc.? Do their employees have to be bilingual?
All staff members who interact with guests speak English. We have found some who are difficult to understand at times. Patience and a smile almost always overcome any language barrier.
We have had some waiters that were hard to understand at first with their accent or who spoke very fast....but after the first night or so we got used to it and it was never a problem.
