Have there been discounts for AP holders, Visa card or DVC members in the past?

TIA

I have an AP and the Visa and saw a late summer/early fall discount somewhere, but it didn't fall during our trip, so I can't recall much.

We're AP holders and looked into getting La Nouba tickets on our trip in March. There was definitely an AP discount for category 2 tickets (the majority of seats are category 2). It was a pretty good discount...I want to say 35% off. The tickets usually run around $90 each and the AP price we were quoted was in the 50s. We didn't end up buying tickets, so I can't remember the exact amount...but it was a considerable discount!

AP had one for 30% off, but it ended on 7/2. More to come, I am sure!

So this offer was for tickets for shows up through 7/2? Or could I have purchased tickets through 7/2 for future shows? Just wondering if I missed the boat...we are going the week of 8/15. :goodvibes

Florida residents can get tix for $50 now. Go through the Disney website.

We have taken our kids 3 times. It is stunning and breathtaking every time.

Our oldest son was 15 and he brought a friend of his too. They both enjoyed it and got to talk with a cast member after. Of course the 2 younger sibs (12 and 10 then) were amazed as well. It's a not to miss event!

Undercover Tourist has a small discount on Category 2 tickets, and their service is exceptional. You cannot choose the seats, however; you get best available and there's no return if you don't like what you get. (I did, however, get fabulous seats from them - just the ones I would have chosen!)

If anyone is looking for Category 2 tickets You can get tickets for $50 for shows until 10/23/10. You have to sign up for the cirque club but it is free.

Thanks for the tip! Booked Category 2 for $50 plus tax each ($106 total after taxes for 2 tickets), Funny thing is that I was just mentioning to my mom less than two hours before this post that I would consider it if the tickets were $50 or less. Someone was listening :)

For the AP discounts in the past... how was the offer advertised? I'm thinking of purchasing an AP in December and looking at doing La Nouba in January. How would I find out if there's an AP discount available for the January dates? Will I need my AP purchased before buying AP discounted tickets?

Thanks!!
