You guys should go ahead and do it. They are a lot of fun and it is great to be able to put faces to names. Here in London we've done them at restaurants and our last one we had at a park with a splash pad. We all had picnics and just yakked away the afternoon. Sometimes we even get treats.
August 22 is good. Where? A restaurant? Baked Expectations? McNally Robinson? Second Cup? My DH thinks I'm nuts so I am dying to talk Disney without someone rolling their eyes.
A coffee shop of some sort would be great cause people can come and go more easily than in a sit down restaurant I would think. Baked expectations would work. It's fairly local. Any other suggestions?
Mcnally is only open til 6 pm on Sunday. Another choice might be Second Cup on Corydon. (Parking might be an issue). Anywhere else? Pancake house on Pembina or on Empress?
Disney Shirts!!
Great idea-I will wear mine!!!
I love Pancake house too! There is one at the forks-that would be a central location-not sure what time they open until though on a sunday
Grover in Winnipeg
Hello fellow Disers
I'm interested. I have wondered for awhile now if there were enough Disers in Winnipeg to have a Dismeet.
I'm away from Aug 15 to Aug 22 but think I could make it on the 22nd.
