Any insight on what requires a supplement at Paddlefish?

I've searched online quite a bit looking for menu items that have a supplement and how much that supplement is with mixed results. I even called Disney and spoke with 2 very sweet but totally confused cast members who both stated that according to their literature there were no supplements at Paddlefish and all menu items should be covered by the Dining Plan. Does anyone know definitively what cost extra on their menu?

When you say supplement do you mean an additional cost when on a dining plan? If so the dinner prices are here:

I am also curious as to the 2018 price of the DDP up-charges at Paddlefish. We ate at Fulton's the last time we had DXDP and the king crab was excellent, but I won't plan a trip there this fall if the up-charges are still in effect.
