Any info on "I conquered the World" pin pursuit?

Does anyone know any details about some activity at WDW in August called the "I Conquered the World" pin pursuit? Is this a special-ticket event, or can anyone at the WDW participate in it? And what do the pins look like?

Dizneypins.com has info in the two week outlook. This event runs from Aug. 4 thru Aug. 31. There isn't any special admission needed for this. Just click on the banner that says Two Week Outlook.
