Any info on Coronado Springs HC Rooms

Just reserved a room at Coronado Springs Dec 12th - 18th. 2 Double with a roll in shower. Anyone stayed there? Rooms big enough for a wheelchair to get around?

The rooms at Coronado are quite spacious- plenty of room to get around in a w/c. They are located throughout the resort and on each floor ( since there are elevators). The resort is quite spread out.---Kathy

Your actually going to get 2 rooms, they don't have double rooms with roll ins. We are also going to be there at the same time as you.

Normally if you have a reservation for three or more people and need an accessible room you may find you are in a room with a King bed and have a connecting room also. This will not be reflected on your reservation and the second room will not be charged.

This is because for a fully accessible room they have enlarged the bathroom and thus the sleeping area is smaller and they may not be able to fit two beds in the room with maneuvering space available.
