We are going in June and I am very excited. We are renting points for a 1 bedroom. The rack rate is $1555 and I'm paying $660. I haven't been there yet but check out this link from Disney's DVC website:

BWV is my home resort for the DVC. I really love it. Great theme, well executed, and a nice amount of space. The location can't be beat! You'll be able to walk to Epcot and MGM. The boat is always a nice ride if you're too tired or just feel like a cruise. There is plenty of entertainment at your doorstep as well. You've got great food at the Boardwalk, Yacht, Beach, Swan, and Dolphin --- with no transportation problems either! We've also walked over to the miniature golf at Fantasia Gardens.

For the parks that require a bus trip, you know you'll have fairly regular service because there is a regular Disney hotel attached to the villas.

That sounds great!! Just the kind of things I wanted to hear. I'm really excited. The idea of walking to the parks sounds wonderful!
