Any ideas why I wouldn't be able to log in to MDE?

I've tried from work and home, and when I enter my name and password all I see is a white screen.

I just tried mine, and I can log right in.

Don't know but there is another thread of people reporting problems with the site, so it may be the site in general and not your MDE

YES! I had this for several days a while back! I finally figured out it didn't like Firefox browser at that moment in time. I opened Safari and got right in!
I saw others reporting the same thing with various browsers and switching helped. I've had to do this a few times randomly.

I just tried again (using Safari) and I can log right in.

I just now tried logging in again, this time using the Google Chrome browser.

Popped right in, no problems.

I've had that problem off and on for the last week or so.
Sometimes the white screen and sometimes it goes right to a page.
I just keep trying

WSD - White Screen of Death

I get this occasionally with Chrome on my Mac. It's not fair to blame Chrome; that's just the browser that I use most frequently. The only fix I can find is to use a different browser, until that one messes up too, use a different computer, until that one messes up too, or clear the cache on the broken browser.

It was doing it to me the other day, and it just made me want to scream. I am very afraid of this happening during FP+ or ADR selection, so I usually have 2 computers up, each with 2 different browsers

Yes, I've found there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to why a certain browser suddenly doesn't work for one person, but it does for the next. I generally use firefox and it works fine most of the time. When it stops working, I can switch to another browser and get in fine. It seems that it just hangs up for no reason and not any certain browsers issue. Sometimes it hangs up for an hour and sometimes for days. I was very glad to know that it was just a browser issue and could be easily resolved by switching to another.
