We are going to the World in August for our 10th anniversary. I'd love to have the CMs put some sort of memento or something in our room as a gift from me to my husband for our 10th for when we get back from our day out. We will be doing the rehitching ceremony that day at Epcot's Garden Grille. Any ideas? We are on a major budget. Thanks.

How about a Mickey and Minnie small plush in a wedding outfit? I think there is a post somewhere about the Disney Florist you could proably get some type of small arrangement. Yo u can do a search for the Disney Florist. I think they had baskets ranging from $25.00. Maybe room service could send up a bottle of Champagne and some strawberries. That wouldn't be too expensive. Or you could get something yourself and then conspire with the mousekeeper to put it in your room when she is tidying it up. That would be the most economical. I think that no matter what you give him it will be the meaning behind the gift. Budgets are a necessary evil UGH!!!

That sounds like a wonderful plan for your DH Mooneybeams.;) I don't have any suggestions but I would love to find out more about the "rehitching ceremony" please? That sounds very interesting!:sunny: Any information on this would be appreciated.....thanks.:D

Depends on what you might want to have delivered of course... BUT... when we stayed at AKL last December I told them that we were celebrating DH's birthday... The CM's delivered a small 8" cake decorated with sprinkles & wording... they delivered the plates & candles to go with it... There was also a nice commemorative card... It was COMPLETELY free, no charge at all, I couldn't believe it!!

So, call your resorts front desk and ASK, it might be free for you to do!

When my parents went for their anniversary, I called the Boardwalk, who gave me the number of Spoodles. Apparently they worked together for this type of request. Anyhow, I told the lady their names and where they were staying, and that I wanted to spend $75, and asked what could they do for that amount.

So that night, Mom and Dad came back to their room and they had a *really* nice bottle of champagne, glasses, small candy/cake combination heart box, with chocolates in it, and a platter of tuxedo strawberries, and a card. They were really surprised and thought everything was *really* nice and special and worth the money.

So, to make a short point long, just tell the people you talk to how much you'd like to spend, and they will tell you what is possible.
