Any ideas on crowds Memorial Day weekend?

We'll be at Disneyland the Thursday & Friday right before the weekend of Memorial Day. Any experience with this time period? Want to know what to expect...

I am not sure about the Thursday and Friday, but we were there on the Sunday of that weekend last year and it was horrible. I was shocked at how crowded it was, we could barely move.

It's usually very crowded around Memorial Day. The few days before the weekend may be better, but since a lot of schools are out by then, Mem Day and the rest of that week are usually bad.

That said, it's still better than not going to DL and if you play the FPs correctly, you may not have to stand in too many long lines. It's better to go early and collect FP as you can and keep them to use over the course of the day.

It's a holiday weekend it will most likely be busy. Especially since people will make an extra long weekend and take thursday and friday off as well. Looks like there are three conventions going on the Thursday and Friday you are there as well. Also since thursday is a grad night as you already know the park will close early but that probably won't affect the attendance.

Just get there early and use fast pass when needed and you will be fine!
