I just ordered some pictures from America. The company offered me free shipping and I paid the total amount. I have an invoice from them, amongst numerous confirmation emails.
Today I received an email saying that they require $130 more for shipping to England, as they "didn't realise" I wasn't in the USA, so the free shipping does not count. However, my UK address is clearly detailed on the invoice, which states free shipping.
I don't want to loose these pictures, but at the same time I won't pay $130 to have them shipped. Is the company under any legal obligation to supply the goods for the original, stated price as detailed on the invoice? Or should I just give up?
Thanks!
