I called Member Services 4:12P central time. The CM said they had to be off the system until 5:15P (their time), so 3 more minutes, to call back. Fine. Next CM (when I called at 4:17P central, 5:17P their time) said they had to be off the system to do upgrades or enhancements. No further info, so I just did what I called about and got off. Then got to wondering. Anyone have any idea?
