Any HOUSE fans in the house??

If there is already an official thread, point me towards it. If not, well it's time we have one!

It looks like we are going to be seeing an actual House/Cuddy (Huddy) romance this season. Any thoughts?

He is very rude, but after awhile, it gets to be funny. I think thats one reason it's so popular. I know my DH would never watch any kind of medical or crime show. But he started paying attention to House one night and now he is hooked as I am. Honestly, he is the king of snarkiness.

Not around here he wouldn't be fired. I personally know a few doctors who make House seem warm and fuzzy. They've called their nurses female dogs while in surgery, have attempted to slap them, etc.

I don't want a "Huddy" relationship. I'm like you, if I wanted romance, I'd watch Grey's Anatomy or something. I'm afraid this may be the year the series jumps the shark. I also don't like Wilson and his ex wife living together. I like Wilson nice and miserable with House. They are my favorite couple.

I hate to admit it but I agree- Wilson is delightful in the role of House's foil and I don't want that dynamic shaken up any.

I hated when Wilson was in that relationship. Of course I never liked her anyway, I like Wilson around for House. He can date but not get hooked up with anyone.

I can't wait, I really enjoy House! Not only is it well written for common entertainment but the fact it is such a well developed character study gets my attention every episode. I love the fact the writers spend so much time deconstructing the House character. Usually US series are so bent on making superheros out of their characters that they never come close to human, I am very certain Hugh Laurie has a great deal to do with this, educated at Eton and Cambridge the guy must know his art. I like the frailty they get across in his character despite his great achievements and the fact that they continuously present a well formed multifaceted examination of genius.

Our whole house loves House. As for House's bedside manner, I love it because often times I'm sure he says things doctors would love to say to their patients, but can't. I hope that House and Cuddy don't get together. So many shows go downhill when such sexual tensions are broken.

Love House, don't want to see a romance with Cuddy. I agree that it will probably ruin the show as it seems thatis what happens once they do that.

We love House! DH even enjoys the show, although he did say he is not sure how he feels about Cuddy and House having a relationship. He thinks it will ruin the show!

can't wait.....love House! Maybe the romance will end up only being a series of hallucinations as House gets back on the Vicodin.....
