Any hope for October?

I have learned from all of you helpful people that October was a "black hole" last year, with no AP rates. Do you think it will be the same this year? Does anyone know why they didn't release any discounts for last year? I have 9 nights booked for October with AAA, but a larger discount would be wonderful!

The "black hole" was created by the Best Rate Program... with that no longer in effect, it should be the way it always has been... there may be some blackout dates, but not the hole the Best Rate Progam created.

I went for 11 nights this past Oct arriving on Oct16. I was able to get the AP rate through the BRP for all but the first two nights, so I am hopeful that AP rates will be available this coming Oct I have 15 nights booked with an AAA rate but would love an AP rate again too!
