We are going on the 9-13-03 western and were wondering if any of you who had honeymooned on DCL had suggestions of things not to miss. We are planning on the surial bath but what else should we not miss? ( especially in the ports)
THANKS!!!!!

We are planning on cruising in June '04 for our honeymoon and would also love to know of some neat honeymoon ideas:D

Hi there.

My daughter and her dh honeymooned on the Magic during New Year's 2001. I know she did say she was glad they had the late seating for dinner. I will contact her and have her get on. They had a lot of fun!

We honeymooned on the Magic and had a blast. If you are looking for romantic things to do, we enjoyed the secret deck on Deck 7 to hang out and stare at the stars. We also wouldn't miss the Newlywed Game show. It was a blast! :)

Have a Great time! We don't regreat any of our wonderful, magical honeymoon!

Kathy

We "second honeymooned"(if you want to call it that) on the Wonder after previously cruising with our kids and my whole family. Do not miss dinner at Palo as it will most likely be your only chance to have dinner alone. I second the Newlywed Game. That was hysterical. All the adult nightlife, like 70s night and dueling pianos was really fun. We also went parasailing at Castaway Cay. It was a beautiful view. Another thing to do on CC would be to get massages, or just enjoy the adult beach. It was very peaceful over there.

I'd skip the Surial Spa....did it earlier this month. Kind of icky. Steam didn't work. A big disappointment.

Get the Palo reservations for any things you can. Make sure they know it is your honeymoon. After you get your one night, tell them you'd love to be on a cancellation list and eat more times if possible. Our waiter said the place is a business. If someone doesn't want their reservation they call in those interested in coming more than once to fill the seats. He said some times people eat dinner 4 times. I would. It is a lovely restaraunt. The brunch was heavenly, if you are on the 7 night.
