i know it has been discussed that the next batch of adventures will likely be released this month or next, but perhaps a DVC member or CM or other has gotten a hint, a tidbit, an insight that can be shared?

Also curious, but I know nothing. They had some printed ABD brochures on our trip last week, but they were for this summer's trips, not next year.

I actually went to an ABD presentation last week that a local TA had, and there was no hint of anything new. The focus was on the River Cruises. But they did say the dates would be out "soon". :coffee:

And I saw Adventure Guide Landon!! :) That part was really fun!

Landon was our first ever guide and TOTALLY spoiled us and sold us on ABD! He is amazing....his customer service skills are second to none!

I totally agree! He's one of the few Adventure Guides that I've had twice (London/Paris & Greece). He's really a gem!

Agreed. But I would love to see a new land ABD. I think if I were running ABD, I'd probably leave the European ABDs alone to not compete with their own river cruises and maybe add a non-European land tour.
I agree with this! Honestly, I wish they'd do more in North America. There's so much they could do.

I think that would be smart, financially, especially considering how many specials they've been running on the Danube River Cruises. I was sad they dropped the Prague add on since I'd consider doing the Danube again in the summer if they hadn't. After the holiday trip we had 60 (or so-two busses) on the add on so it was pretty full for that sailing.

Still, there is lots of land for them to cover in Europe that I'd love to see...Iceland, Russia, Bulgaria, Romania, Croatia, Slovenia, Montenegro. Oh well, a girl can dream!

Croatia would be heavenly! And yes...so many awesome European countries that could be developed!

Iceland would be extremely enticing! I've been eyeing a few Nat Geo trips there. My friend that I met on the ABD Australia trip is going with Nat Geo to Iceland this summer. I will be interested to hear his thoughts!

Same here! I spent a day and a half in Iceland in 2015, and it was enough to really whet my appetite!! I'd totally jump at an ABD to Iceland!

Could be filming excursion trips for DCL, which is porting in Iceland

Could be. DCL promo videos will sometimes have brief clips of families in port, but not to the extent ABD promo videos do. Plus, it's interesting that the casting call only mentioned Iceland as opposed to a number of countries DCL visits in Europe.

I remember a few years ago, ABD had a promo video including a family touring in Israel and Jordan. It's still up on youtube. Bummer that didn't work out.
