I had hysterectomy the first part of September and am having trouble finding the "right" hormones. My doc had me on one that I liked how I felt overall but it did have some unpleasant side effects such as acne. So she changed me to a patch that I HATE. I now have insomnia and my mood swings are horrible. Just makes me feel horrible all the around. So my real question is...does it take awhile to figure out just the right one? I will give you the exact meds if you would like me to PM you. I am just frustrated! And advice would help.
