Any guesses to port upgrade cost

Hi we are booked in a Cat 4 on the Magic Eastern. I realize that there is little chance that a cat 3 is still available but does anyone have an idea as to what it would cost to upgrade at the port if it was available.

We upgraded from a Cat 8 to a Cat 4 for $250 at the port.

When was that & how long of a cruise was it (3,4 or 7 day)?

You may want to call DCL just to see if there are any Cat. 3 available on your cruise and if there are not then it won't matter how much it is. They may also tell you what the difference is and then you will know what the maximum is you would have to spend. Hopefully at the terminal they would give some kind of a break. Wow I would have done that upgrade in a heartbeat!! I booked a Cat 11 and when I get to port I will iquire about the cost of an upgrade...if there is one then fine, if not I will be happy in my cabin. I have cruised twice before once in a Cat 5 and once in a Cat 6...but in order to cruise every year I will have to downgrade to an 11 and unless a cheap upgrade is availble then I will do it ...if not I will be happy cruising yearly in my cat 11!
