I was hoping for a sale today on early Feb. 2007 flights but nothing is out. Any thoughts on when there might be one?

Fron SWA last email:
Purchase by October 26 for travel October 27 - November 20, 2006.

Hoping the next sale (maybe Oct 31?) will be for Dec. - right now my flights OW are $145!!!

My guess for Jan/Feb will be in Dec.??? :confused3

I checked the DING history thread to see when the Jan/Feb rates came out for last year and if there were any good DINGS.

Feb dings were few and far between until the Very tail end of january. I think there was 1 for Buffalo for $59.

January DINGS were coming out starting 11/23 for Buffalo.

Hot weekend sales were in early December for Jan-Feb. For Buffalo, they were not so hot. :rotfl: But anything is better than the $147 each way that is up now.

Count me among those waiting not-so-patiently for SW to get a sale going. I was all excited when I got the sale email yesterday...only to find it is still only to 11/20. I was getting nervous, but last year seemed to be along the same lines as far as sale dates, so they should be coming!!! :thumbsup2

Count me in as one of those who is waiting (rather impatiently I might add) for the fares in early Dec to drop! PLEASE Southwest take pity on those of us who have booked the southbound trip since we got a great rate (59 here) I mean I love the House of the Mouse BUT i really gotta get home to family :rotfl2:

I am flying on a thrusday and wednesday in January from Pittsburgh to MCO. When the dates opened I booked $79 to MCO, but did not book return flight (my travel dates can be flexible). Now they are up to $113 each way. When will they come down to at least the $79 I passed up on, or lower?

Ladyjayhawk, we are going to WDW from 1/26/07 - 2/4/07. I purchased our airfare through Delta at $98rt/pp ($138 w/fees and taxes). You can check bestfares.com and see who might also have those fares and then check flight times. I just couldn't wait on a SW sale - even though SW will have the non-stop flights from Kansas City. This way I can get this portion of the trip paid off!

haley's mom,

Have you checked Jetblue?? We may go with them soon, they have $59 each way for certain dates in Jan and Feb. :thumbsup2
