Any guess on what gas prices are going to do between now & Christmas?

It seems as if gas prices fall before elections, no matter what party is in office. Every election. So I predict gas will creep back up right after election day.

My guess - which really means nothing - is that they go down still a bit lower or stay close to where they are.

The official EIA forecast is here: http://www.eia.gov/forecasts/steo/report/prices.cfm. They probably know a bit more than I do about it.

But as they point out, the energy market is extremely volatile and hard to predict.
