No need to wait for your birthday, either. You can buy your ticket at any time. The only conditions are that it's one ticket per birthday, the ticket can only be used for a performance on your actual birthday and you must show government-issued photo id (driver's license, passport, etc.) proving that the date between March 1 and March 31 for which you buy a ticket really IS your birthday.
