Any great excursion experiences - western on the treasure?

I have to book excursions for our October western cruise on the Treasure tomorrow night. 50 something parents with young adult sons. We don’t normally get off the ship on a western cruise, but our sons are joining us and want to do excursions.

We like catamaran or nature excursions, but don’t love a really long bus ride or swimming with dolphins.

We have done El Cielo in Cozumel and starfish and mangroves in Grand cayman. Enjoyed both excursions.

Any one have recommendations on excursions they loved?

We did the crystal caves in Grand Cayman and enjoyed that. It was really pretty, its not a large place but it was neat to see and then we had a couple of hours at the beach. It was a bit more rushed at the caves than what I would have liked as we had to follow the guide. I think the one we booked was called Crystal Caves, Sights and Beach on the excursion list. I would have skipped the beach for more time at the Caves, but we live in SoFla and can go to the beach anytime we want. I did look and they have a cave only excursion too if you wanted to skip the beach.
