My family is pretty simple when it comes to pork chops -- their favorite recipe is simply dipped in melted butter and rolled in crushed Cheez-Its, then baked.
1. Put olive oil in a frying pan to cover the bottom, mix equal amounts of parmesan cheese and panko bread crumbs to coat each chop, pan fry until golden brown over medium heat. This is also good on boneless chicken too.
2. Put your favorite oil in a frying pan. Put Velata paprika rub on each chop then flour. Fry in the oil until golden brown. (My new favorite recipe for these!)
3. Put your favorite oil in a frying pan. Salt and pepper each chop and pan fry until lightly done on each side. Take out and drain on paper towels. Make enough BBQ sauce to cover the chops in a sauce pan out of ketchup, worchestershire, mustard, then add coca cola to thin it out. Place the chops in the sauce and simmer on low atleast 30 minutes.
4. Make dressing in a pan, place chops on top of the dressing and have them salted and peppered. Bake on 350 until golden brown, then flip the chops and bake until that side is done.
Make a glaze of equal parts Siracha hot sauce (sp?) and. The asian Hoisin sauce. Add some fresh garlic and cilantro. Put on the grill and glaze a lot. Or put in oven and cover with glaze. This is unbelievable!! Swear!!

Two packages of stove top stuffing in pan with pork chops on top! Simple and easy. Cook about 45 min on 350 keep an eye on them even flip halfway through so they don't get overdone.
I put the pork chops, some olive oil, cut onions, apple slices, and some cinnamon and cumin in a deep skillet or heavy pan and coot them over medium heat until the pork is done.
I just made it the other day when we had some people over for dinner and everyone who had them loved them.
I either Shake & Bake or cook on the grill with Montreal Steak Seasoning.
I'd say grilled 4 out of 5 times and we eat boneless pork about twice a week.
Cook until just barely done, I pull off with a hint of pink, pork to me is just awful if overcooked so grilling works best for me
Fry them in butter. Take them out and turn heat to low, pour 1/4-1/2 cup of honey in hot pan scrape up all the yummy bits into the honey. Add 1/4-1/2 cup of chopped pecans to the honey. Let it all heat through then serve as a glaze. (My son loves to take a spoon to the cold pan after we all eat and eat the thick honey and pecans left over)
