I have a Kodak dx3600 which I paid about $250 for a year ago. I am sure they have dropped in price by now and I love this camera. It takes great pics.
I would suggest looking on ebay for memory cards. I got a 96 mg sandisk card for around $20. I think I get around 130 pics at best quality.
Great thread! Let's say I would want to enlarge a photo to 20x30. I have a Minolta Maxxum that I have used to do this with good results. Is there a camera, priced under $500 that will allow me to do this?
Thanks
No. You would need a digital camera in the 15 meg. range. If you want to spend a lot of money you could do this. Film cameras are still better at this but again it wouldn't be the consumer model but the pro camera.
