Well, I had a successful trip to the library yesterday. I ended up finding two new books to series that I love, so I got both of them. One is the Sword series by Jennifer Robertson, the latest book is Sword Sworn I think? The other book was the latest in the Joe Gray mysteries by Shirley Reausseau (sp?) Murphy, very fun lighthearted mysteries where sentient cats solve the mysteries and exactly the story I was in the mood for. I just didn't realize the new book was out yet.
Then I also got an older book of Murphy's that's a sci-fi/fantasy story about cats and some portal between the cat's world and human world, and got a mystery by Sheryl (Sheryn?) McCrumb, the first in that particular series which is supposed to be fun.
Karel -- I used to love Star Trek, but I think I got burnt out on them after a while. I rarely read them any more. We have a *huge* collection of Star Trek books, though. If we bring them all out, they fill one entire column of shelves even when the books are stacked 2-deep. Also, what's Holes supposed to be about besides some kids in some camp digging a bunch of holes?
Flyfly -- I may have to check into that. I'm not a huge shopper, but that sounds like it might be fun.
I'll have to check out Douglas Preston/Lincoln Child, Iris Johansen, Janet Evanovich and Sue Grafton.
Satine-- I already finished the HP series.
Delikado -- sounds interesting...
Thanks for the suggestions everyone!!!
