Any good biscuit recipes?

I've got a Mickey Mouse biscuit cutter that has his features on it but I can't find a recipe that doesn't stick to all the details.

I'd be grateful if anyone has a non-sticky recipe they could share.

Rub a little oil on your cutter before you start. It may help it comeout easier. I love the cutter you have. I have a Mickey head shaped one I got in WDW and I use it for all sorts of biscuits and things.
Sorry but any recipe I use does stick a bit....

Have you tried shortbread as this mixture is less sticky?
