We have our Christmas money in cash right now and I want to put it into a savings/checking account separate from our normal funds. Anyone know if any banks are offering a free (no fee's) checking/savings account sign up incentive right now? I know last year a few had 50-100 dollar bonuses for opening new accounts.:confused3
Thanks!
Lesley

I just opened one this morning at Chase. I believe they are randomly sending coupons for $125. I know Huntington offers $100 quite frequently, but unsure if they are now.

I was going to say Huntington often offers $100 for their checking and it's truly no fee so that would be good for your Christmas fund. You don't have to make any charges against the acct each month to keep it free.

We get those types of offers all the time in the junk circulars that come each week. Maybe check in those to see if you've got any offers.

My DD just told me that Chase had a $150 sign up and M&I Bank had a $200 sign up. I need to check them out- Not sure I want M&I from other experience with them.

Wow...our local banks are giving away a free pie or some type of tupperwear knock off. ;)

Chase has a $125 cash back offer but you have to set up a direct deposit to get it, I believe.
