DH and I just got back from our honeymoon which was also our first trip to WDW. DH just told me tonight if I can find a good deal, we can do a quick weekend trip to WDW for my birthday this month!!!

The discounts for this time period came out in Nov and had to be booked by 12/15. So I don't think you are going to find anything now. Sorry!!

Ok, barring no general codes that happen, you could get a postcard or email offering a code. If not that, then do you have AAA? They offer small discounts. Sometimes, that's the only thing I can count on. The "code gods" never pick me!

The pin I recieved had Feb.dates and I also saw the same dates advertised on Disneys website for discount nights through March 15th for the public...I would call...

Thanks everyone - we used the discount that came out in november for our 1/6-1/13 stay and managed to get free hoppers AND an upgrade from POR to AKL and still save $60. I'll call today, maybe i'll just get lucky!

AP discounts for 2/14 to 3/6 have been out for a month I think. In my experience you don't usually see that big of a lag between General Public and AP rates being released. So I would guess there won't be any. But I could be wrong. It's happened before (pssst don't tell my hubby I said that. I have him trained to think I'm always right!)

What I suggest is call CRO and ask to check rates and availability on AAA rates (room only AAA must do packages) for your trip time. Then if there is availability see if they will hold the rate for you with out a AAA number then go join AAA! I know the for 5 nights for the PoP preferred room in May the AAA rate is $100 savings. Here in Texas AAA membership for 1 person is $54.

I first joined AAA for a Disney discount! But have I have found that I have used it elsewhere. They offer some online shopping discounts and some restaurant discounts too. (10% at Joe's Crab Shack yummy ) So you might look into that.

Thanks so much!! I may need to look into AAA, I've heard alot of good things. If I don't use it for this trip, possibly for one's up ahead. We already have a February 2009 trip planned out, it could help with that too.
