If you mean are there any fireworks at the CSR - No.

Back in 2005, we were in Casita 5, top floor, room 5413 I think, and we could see some of Illuminations from right outside our room

You can see fireworks from Epcot on the higher floors of casita 4 and 5, the portion that faces the lake and you can see the high ones on the path near the main building.
