Any feedback on following owners/properties?

Hi, and thanks to everybody that has helped me out to this point. I have it narrowed down to a few properties, and while I know you guys won't be able to actually help me pick out one, I would like to know if anybody has had any bad/good experiences, red flags ive missed, or any kind of feedback. I feel pretty confident that I've researched them all well, but I know there's always the possibility that I've overlooked something!

We stayed at this one a few years ago, owned by Neil MacDonald:

He was very nice to deal with and the management couple lived in Windsor Hills at that time. Only thing we needed was the splash pool heat turned down and they were there within 2 minutes. Townhouse was great. The splash pool is west facing with the sun coming from the south and west, so lots of sun.

We stayed in this townhouse last February (2010) and we totally happy. We had no problems. Paul was easy to work with and was always available to answer any questions we had. I would recommend his unit to you.
