Any family suites at onsite hotels?

I wonder why the fire regulations are different at the different hotels? It would be interesting to know.

My guess is that it's an Orlando city restriction. I believe that Universal hotels are in Orlando, while Disney hotels are in Lake Buena Vista.

In POR you can get a trundle bed. I don't know about fire regulations. All I know is POR is the only moderate where you can sleep 5 in a room
