Any experiences with "Spirit Incentives"?

We did a timeshare tour (local area) over the weekend and received a "free, 2 RT airfares, 2 nights hotel @ Vegas or Orlando (our choice)" -- Of course there are lots of stipulations, etc. I was wondering though, if any of you have direct experience with this company. They are based out of Fort Lauderdale. Please tell me about your dealings with them -- good or bad, and if you ever did actually get your trip.

I just want to know if this place is legit, and how difficult they are to work with regarding dates, etc.
