Any Experience With These ATL Airport Pubs?

It looks like our connecting flight out of ATL will leave from a T-Gate and we've got time to kick off our WDW vacation with a little Happy Hour (and a half). Can anyone suggest which of these, Brews and Blues Bar, Red Brick Tavern or perhaps Hartsfield Bistro would be the best for a brew or two and maybe some pub grub? Also, I assume that a busy, 24/7 'port like ATL will be serving malted hops at 9:30 am, true?

I have eaten at the Red Brick Tavern and the food is pretty good - try the pulled pork sandwich. As for opening time, I do not know what the local laws are regarding 'opening time'.

Can't speak for the places you have listed, but I did eat at Houlihan's in the main terminal about 10am last May. I had a 3 hour layover, so met a friend who lives in Atlanta for an early lunch. There were plenty of beers being served at the bar at the time of the morning....

I've also had some beers at that Houlihan's while waiting for friends/family to arrive. It always seems to be pretty crowded though!
