Any experience with ridemax or touring plans?

How are ride max and/or touring plans performing since the introduction of Maxpass?

I used touring plans in Feb2016 and found it very helpful reasonably accurate. We have a trip coming up in December and I am trying to decide if it will be helpful again.

I've used Ridemax in the past and loved it. I tried using it this time (last week) and couldn't get my kids out of bed in time for rope drop! As a result, the one plan I mapped out in Ridemax wasn't even used. I think if you are using the app and Maxpass it isn't as necessary. I still think it is good to go in with a general plan so you don't spend a lot of time deciding what to do next.

I think the thing I liked the most about it was that it eliminated the time wasted deciding what to do next. It also functioned as a check list for getting things done so that we didn't accidentally postpone too many things and then run out of time too do them.

I am most interested in:
Are predicted fast pass return times fairly accurate? And
Are predicted wait times fairly accurate?

I seems like maxpass may have affected these things. Also, we may not be getting maxpass every day.
