Any experience with retail Report card?

I jsut went to it and it doesn't look legit to me. YOu have to complete other offers in order to get it. My husband did that before (without me knowing) to get a free DVD player and he ended up signed up for a DVD club and never did get the DVD player. I wouldn't do it.
