Any experience with Hotels.com???

Jus wondering if any of you have used hotels.com and what your experience was...can you put a request in with them? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

We used hotels.com last year for our first night in orlando. We got in very late and didn't want to pay a WDW hotel price. WE got a HOJO's 4 star for maybe $45. I booked using hotel.com's 800 # It went very effciently and we had no problem checking in late. They e-mailed the confirmation with directions from the airport. The hotel was older and needed some work, but the room was fine of one night and it did have a frig. If you know something about the hotel you want to stay at I would cetainly recommend you use them.

We booked out vacation package through hotels.com

We're going 12/2-12/9 and got air/hotel/car for $310 a person.

So far it's going smoothly. No weird charges on my CC, email confirmations, etc.
