I guess that depends if you have a need for high performance athletic shoes. Most of their shoes are just higher performance models of regular brands, like Saucony, Nike, Asics, Brooks, etc. The shoes I have seen range from about $90-120.
If you are a runner, I would say yes, its probably worth it to go there.
I am not a runner, but I have arthritis in both knees and feet, so my podiatrist sent me there to get "neutral, non-stability" athletic shoes. A regular shoe store would not know what that it. I ended up getting the Brooks Dyad, and have continued to buy that style since then.
