Any Experience w/ Surrogacy or Egg Donors?

Has anyone gone through with finding a surrogate or egg donor?

How did you start? There is so much information out there both good and bad it is just overwhelming.

We recently lost an adoption that we waited 3 1/2 years for......Now we are to old (44 & 43) to re apply to Korea & China has a 5 year wait so this would be our next step to try and have our dream come true,

Any suggestions or feedback would be SO appreciated.

No experience with surrogacy or egg donors however we have friends who adopted through http://reesesrainbow.org. If you have the heart and faith, these children need a home.

As a surrogate, I went to the message boards at http://surromomsonline.com/ for information. It's not just surrogates that post there. There are a lot of intended parents as well. I haven't been there in a long time, but it used to be one of the best sites to get information.

I agree, this is a wonderful message board to start researching. I am a 2 time GS and would have been lost had I not found SMO before starting. I'm sorry about your failed adoption and I hope you're able to realize your dreams of becoming parents! Best of Luck!!!
