Any events which may affect crowds 2/11 to 2/16

Hi

I have read several threads recently which seem to say that this Feb will be busier than usual due to events going on.
Does anybody know of any event which may affect crowds within my timeframe? 11 - 16 Feb.
I usually go at busy times due to work and school holidays but this time I was able to book February. I was really pleased because I'd read it was a quiet time to go.
Now I'm not so sure.

Hi Tracy,
I recommended to my family that they come down that week. Peak season at the resorts start 2/17. There are no events that I have found that would increase crowds.
